The Business Operating System

Most small businesses do not have a software problem. They have a seam problem. The website is one vendor. The contact list is another. Email marketing is a third. The phone system is a fourth. Nothing knows about anything else, and the business owner is the integration layer — copying a name from an inbox into a spreadsheet into a mailing list, and losing the thread somewhere in the middle.

The Business Operating System is our answer to that. One platform that runs everything around your productivity suite, where a lead that arrives through the website is already a contact, already reachable, already part of the picture.

What It Runs

  • Your public site — pages, services, articles, and news you publish yourself, without calling anyone

  • Contacts and history — every inbound message becomes a contact record with notes, tags, and a history you can actually search

  • Newsletter and outbound — lists, drafts, and sends, delivered through your own mail tenant

  • Voice and phone — auto attendants, ring plans, screening, voicemail, and call records attached to the caller

  • Commerce and memberships — storefront, subscriptions, events and ticketing, when you need them

  • Operations consoles — errors, telemetry, and a security view showing who is probing your site and what was blocked

  • Private apps — internal tools built for your business, behind your login

What It Deliberately Does Not Do

It does not replace Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Your email, calendar, and files stay exactly where they are. The platform integrates with either one on the back end for mail delivery and file handling.

We think that is the honest boundary. Those suites are very good at what they do, and the last thing a small business needs is a migration it did not ask for. The gap worth closing is everything around them.

How You Get It

Your deployment is yours: your own project, your own database, your own domain. Nothing is shared with another customer, and your data does not live in a pool with everyone else's.

You get internal-use rights to run your business on it, and we handle the updates and administration as the service. You turn on the parts you need and leave the rest off — the platform is licensed by capability, so you are never paying for a storefront you do not run.

If you are tired of being the integration layer for your own company, let's talk about what your seams are costing you.
